Jovanny, Kyle, and Corin were fantastic! I have had many plumbers our over the last 10 years who have all told me that I had various problems, but their solutions never made sense. These great folks came out very fast, showed me what was wrong, fixed it quickly, charged a great price, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The plumbing is singing! I am a senior citizen that was searching for a honest and affordable company to help me with a emergency plumbing situation. All drains clogged because of damaged pipe under the house. I called a few companies but chose Mr. Rooter because of the customer service I received. All personnel at the company that I ended up dealing with treated me well and wanted to help me out. It ended up being a major job in which Fernando and Richard spent many hours under my house until they got the job done. Both Fernando and Richard went beyond great service. As you can imagine I was very stressed out with this emergency situation. Both Fernando and Richard stayed late in the day to finish as well as came back the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. They treated me like family. By the end of the day I had relationships from management to labor before the job was done. I would highly recommend this company because of the great service they provided as well as the work which ended up putting everything back on track. Wesley, Manager, Frank and Marcos worked as a team, were very cordial, respectful and considerate, explained every step plus cost of what needed to be done. They answered all our questions and kept us informed of the the process during the repair. They kept a tidy work area, used tarps. After they completed each project they cleaned and removed any and all debris/parts. Wesley, Frank, and Marcos thank you for having pride by your performance .... job well done! Would I refer Mr. ROOTER Yes I would...I am a Senior and I would recommend this trust worthy company. to all Seniors! We had a water leak that was damaging our house as well as our neighbors home. Our home owners warranty did not cover leak detection and our neighbors plumber couldn’t find anything when he inspected both houses. We called Mr. Rooter of Riverside late evening and they were here within an hour! Carlos P. was the technician and was very friendly and professional. He quickly set up his gear and got to work. Within minutes he found the leak and also answered every single question I had about plumbing without hesitation. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooters plumbing to any friends or family.
